Bucklebury has ample parking for two cars and an outside paved area suitable to store surf boards, kayaks or dry wet suits etc or on a hot day to enjoy a cup of coffee and a good book. We also have a patio area in the garden overlooking the sea and a small field for guests use. Inside we have one L shaped living/dining area with a conservatory overlooking the mouth of the harbour and St Brides Bay. The newly carpeted lounge has a three seater sofa, a snuggler for two and a large arm chair. We have a large TV with DVD and a CD player and several traditional board games for your use. The dining area seats six comfortably but eight do fit around the table. The kitchen leads from the hall and into the dining area and is compact but very well equipped with many pots and pans and cooking utensils. It has a five ring gas hob, electric oven, fridge and dishwasher. The large separate utility room has a freezer, washing machine and tumble drier, double Belfast sink and additional cooking equipment with worktop space. There is a separate toilet with washhand basin and a bathroom with wc, basin and bath with overhead shower. One double bedroom looks out the back over the paved area whilst the other double room and twin room have lovely views. All the bedrooms have some built in cupboard space. Oil fired central heating is included. Access is easy for the less mobile with a slope leading down to the front door which is one step and then all the internal rooms are on the same level. The back garden however is more uneven and includes stone steps. Sitting in the conservatory with a paper is a pleasant pastime for the less active.
